+ SUNDAY SCHOOL UPDATE
Many thanks to all who attended the meeting last Sunday and your assistance in helping determine our next steps with Sunday School. Responding to popular demand, the 9 am Sunday Service will continue at this time.
Ideas discussed for Fall included having a short Sunday school class right after the 9 am service; including music in the service and/or class; and incorporating a video component in the short lesson after the 9 am service.
No firm decision was reached, so we welcome more feedback on what is desired for the next Church year. Another meeting on plans for the fall will happen this summer at a time to be announced in the weekly Acts. If you have ideas to share in the meantime, please feel free to email Peter Patton.
+ BIBLE STUDY
Did you know…? CHA has a weekly Bible Study class on Thursdays from 11am-12pm. We meet via Zoom to read and discuss God’s Word. Currently, we’re working through the Gospel of John. New members always welcome. Biblical scholarship not required – just a willingness to learn from the Word and from each other. Click here to join us
+ HAPPY HOUR
Spend some time with friends on the lawn Friday, May 13th beginning at 6pm. Bring some snacks and beverages for yourself or extra to share. Metal folding chairs available, or bring your own. Leashed dogs welcome. Axolotls will be safer at home.
+ COME HELP SHORE UP THE TENT!
Join us on Saturday, May 21st starting at 9 AM as we take down, clean, and reassemble the meeting tent. Many hands make light work, so please plan to pitch in! Come when you can, stay as long as you’re able. We should be done before noon. Coffee and snacks provided as enticements!

+ OVERBROOK PARK COMMUNITY DAY
On Saturday, June 11, from 11am to 3pm we will be hosting a table at the Overbrook Park Community Day to meet our neighbors! Assistance is needed for setup on the morning of the event, breakdown after the event ends, and friendly faces to staff the table in 1-hour increments. We will be offering Apostle’s Cup coffee, coffee mugs, and children’s books. If you can help in any way, please sign up on our volunteer page under the OPCD tab, or contact Katie in the office: 610-642-6617 or HolyApostlesPA@gmail.com

+ VOLUNTEER SIGN UPS
We’ve been talking a lot lately about our all-in-one volunteer sign up page. But did you know SignUpGenius also has an app for your smart phone?
Once you download the app, you can use the menu in the top right to “Find a Sign Up” and enter the church email address: holyapostlespa@gmail.com
Tap on any of the results to go to our page. Then use the drop down list at the top of our page to choose any of the active signups!

And if you want to help but really don’t want to deal with online stuff – just contact the ministry coordinator directly, or reach out to Katie (610-642-6617) in the office and she’ll get you set up!

Where in the World?
Two of these photos are from John & Linda Day’s latest adventure. John writes: “Just had an amazing 4 days in this part of the country. The arch may give it away! Haha! 38 14’ 13.23”N, 109 33’ 12.76” W.”
The third photo is a bit more local. Can you guess where and/or whose vehicle?
